Training program to yoga teachers, aspiring teachers and all levels of yoga
practitioner. Our yoga teacher training combines the high standards of practice
of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the development of teaching skills

learning the Ashtanga Yoga method, one can teach Vinyasa, Power and Ashtanga
Yoga classes.A Yoga Teacher Training Manual is supplied to each participant. To
those who attend all scheduled classes, a 200, 300 or 500 hour Yoga Teacher
Training Certificate is issued, at the end of the course. With this certificate
you are able to register as a 200 RYT or 500 RYT with the Yoga Alliance.

Source of Yoga was
founded by Ashtanga Yoga instructor, Caroline Klebl.
Caroline Klebl conducts Yoga Instructor training Programs and retreats in Los
Angeles and in beautiful tropical retreat destinations around the world. She
has been teaching Yoga since, 1997 and developed a 200 and 500 hour Yoga
Teacher Training Program. She learned the Ashtanga Yoga method, from Sri K
Pattabhi Jois, over the course of nine years and was authorized to teach
Ashtanga Yoga by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in 2005. With a background in Tibetan
Buddhism, Iyengar and Viniyoga, she practices and teaches Ashtanga Yoga. She
studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy in
South India. She received a PhD in Yoga from the Indian University of
Alternative Medicine. Prior to teaching Yoga, she was an avid snowboarder and
worked as vegetarian chef. Since 1998, she has taught Yoga courses and retreats
in Europe, Africa, Asia, the US and Central and South America. Her Asanas were
featured in a 2007 Ashtanga Yoga Calendar and a 2008 Yoga Calendar. She has
written numerous Articles for Yoga Magazines, produced
a Yoga DVD and wrote an Ashtanga Yoga Book, which features the
postures of the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga. She has
taught Yoga Courses and retreats in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa, Central and
South America. Her Internationally recognized 200 and 500 hour Ashtanga Yoga
Teacher Training programs are accredited by the Yoga Alliance. She teaches Yoga
Teacher Training courses, workshops and Ashtanga yoga retreats within the US
and Internationally. With her intuitive approach, she introduces the postures
and techniques of the practice to reveal the liberating quality of Ashtanga
Yoga.
